Usually, when I deleted some files, these deleted files would exist in the Recycle Bin, and I can get these deleted files back from the Recycle Bin. This time, I think that I could get the deleted excel file back from the Recycle Bin, so, I looked for it in the Recycle Bin, but it was not existed in the Recycle Bin, why did it not existed in the Recycle Bin? After studied a lot of resource about deleted excel files, I know files which was deleted from memory card will not exist in the Recycle Bin. Then, the important excel file lost permantly? No, there is still a chance to get it back.
Below, I write a step by step guide about how to recover accidentally deleted excel files, even if these deleted excel files are not existed in the Recycle Bin.
2. Install it into your computer, there is an important thing which you must keep it in mind, that is you can not install the file recovery software into the partition on which the deleted files originally located. Because if you install the file recovery software into the partition, the new date of files will be written to the disk space. So, you should install the file recovery software into other disk partition. For example, if those deleted excel files is on the D: disk, you can install the software into c: disk and other disk.
3. Run the
file recovery software, and select a disk partition on which those deleted excel files originally located, then click the 'Next' button to start to scan deleted files in the disk partition.
4. After the software completed the scanning process, it will list all deleted files in a file list, and then you can select some files which you want recover to recover.
Ok, now, you can easily recover accidentally deleted excel files by yourself.
