1. Download installation package file from
HERE, and save it in your local disk.(If you have got the installation package file in your computer, you can skip this step.)
2. Double-click the installation package file to open setup program, the file looks like this icon:

Note: If you download the installation package from the Internet, you can open 'My Computer' or search on the desktop, locate the downloaded file and then double-click on it to start the installation process.
